The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with helpful staff always ready to assist us. Our room was clean, which was appreciated, especially when travelling with kids. Though the hotel is not located in the city center, we found it was within walking distance to local attractions, including a lovely museum. Breakfast was included, making mornings easier for our family. We did face some challenges with the air conditioning; It's centrally controlled, so if it got a bit warm, we had to deal with the noise from the streets when opening our balcony doors. While there are areas that could use improvement, like sound insulation, Benevento served as a decent choice for families looking for a welcoming atmosphere in La Plata.
